Our Special Projects division was created as a solution to our clients' needs. From store remodels to new technology solutions and everything in-between, our Special Projects team is ready to execute at the highest level of service that Anderson is known for.

Our associates utilize the Anderson Approach as they collaborate together as a team with the Retailer to execute the scope of each project. Because at Anderson, we know that we are better and stronger when we work together. It's how we achieve Execution Excellence Everyday. 

We are expanding quickly.  Whether you prefer working days or overnights, we have a place for you on our team. Come grow with us!

Meet Lauren Higgins
Lauren started with Anderson in 2017 as a part-time Sales Merchandiser. She was promoted to Territory Sales Lead in 2019. When she heard about the Special Projects Team, she jumped at the opportunity to become a Remodel Team Supervisor in 2020. She was instrumental in the successful completion of numerous remodels in this role. Due to her past success and leadership skills, Lauren was promoted to one of our Project Team Managers, leading a team of 24 associates on average.

What is your favorite thing about working for Anderson Merchandisers? 

I really appreciate working for a company where there is so much room for growth and development; not just professionally, but emotionally, mentally, & physically too. I really love to travel and meet new people. It definitely keeps jobs interesting when you are always meeting new people.

What advice would you give a new associate that is starting their career with Anderson Merchandisers?
Always keep an open mind. I have learned so many different ways to do things from all of the amazing supervisors, managers, and trainers I have had the pleasure of working with. Patience is definitely a virtue, and always try to have a good attitude.
Positivity and kindness are contagious.
